clutch pedal stays on floor

Hey guys just wondering sometimes when i fully depress the clutch pedal on my 03 v6 5 speed the pedal stays on the floor
its only done it a couple of times so far but i hardly drive the car so who knows how much it will start to do it now
the clutch disengages close to the top of travel and has slipped bad on high load once before
it is suposed to be fairly new and heavy duty

clutch master cylinder is worn out just like mine

I have had customers cars do that, so far a good fluid flush/change has fixed them.
I did not expect it to work, I suspect clutch master cylinder or slave problem.
