      I am leaning towards torque converter, but as you said, it's mostly just annoying and the price doesn't justify...If it gets worse, then I might investigate further...It would be interesting to see if it's only a complaint in autos...Just F.Y.I. mine has done 260,000km.
      The engine doesn't misfire, and it returns 10.9 L/100 highway cycle, do dobt the injectors would contribute, but it's worth a look.
      The silly thing is if the steering column shaft was insulated from the rest of the car, you wouldn't notice the vibration.
