Grease nipple on manual transmission

So I'm greasing my driveshafts and I come across this grease nipple on the manual transmission:



Can someone tell me what this is? What grease does this take, how many pumps etc?

That's the bleed nipple for the hydraulic fluid.

It's used to change/flush/bleed the clutch hydraulic system.

No grease required!
