VX Central Diff locker not working

Hi all, I have a 2006 VX which has a faulty central diff locker - apparently. It looks like it could be the transmission controller which I think has the following part number 89530 60280.

The has been a recent air conditioner water leak down into the ECU tray, is it likely that water damage could cause this fault or are the controller units well sealed?

Finally, I'd be interested in any recommendations for a good service centre in SE QLD.

problem solved, the 4wd module was damaged by water, most likely from a combination of the air con evaporator and a blocked drain. I was able to get a replacement part for $75 from a local wreckers. The part no is: 89530-60280

What were the symptoms of this fault ? Did the centre diff lock not engage ( no light on dash)
