Noisy Thrust Bearing

Hi
My 2003 Prado with 90,000 on the clock has developed a noisy thrust bearing (sounds like a squeaky fan belt) .It started about six weeks ago but it’s not overly noisy (cannot hear with the windows up) .Some people have told me not to worry about it has it could stay like this for years ,but I’m not so sure. My question is should I have it fixed now or just wait until it becomes very noisy.

Some people call this a throw out bearing,and it's is getting worst.I was on my third clutch after 40K ( all repalced under warranty, Toyota said their clutches are XXXX) anyway maybe the throw out bearing should have been replaced prevously ?
