hi guys, curious in whether it is possible or if anyone has retrofitted a factory rear diff locker? Starting to see a few rear axles come up, newer Prado and FJ's come up and thinking of this as an option.

I installed an E locker to the front and rear of my prado.
Bought the 70 series rotary locker switch for the factory look
Rate getting both front and rear? or would you recommend one or the other?

I have a rear locker and it makes the car hellish capable in both wombat holed terrain and very steep climbs. More capable than a std centre diff locked 4wd. Mine’s an E-Locker, not one that requires an air compressor.2005 120 series V6 Grande, 2 inch susp lift (King/EFS combo), 32 inch MT’s, Safari Snorkel, rear diff lock, breathers, Light Force spotlights, UHF, dual batteries.

I just bought a 2007 GXL V6 auto (we already own a 2004 GXL V6 5 sp manual) as my wife wants to drive an auto around town.
The 2007 purchased came with a rear "Harrop E Locker" conversion fitted last year (invoice held states total cost $1,960 fitted by "Diff & Trans R Us")
Is it worth the cost of gettin a front E Locker as well for beach/sandhill duties?
