vehicle vibration

I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem where one day if I select (D) drive the whole car starts to vibrate but if I select any other gear PARK,NEUTRAL,OR REVERSE its fine then few days later same problem but this time its vibrating in reverse but its fine in Park, Neutral, and Drive I dont understand what it could be I want to get it sorted before it gets worse and costly.
any advise will be greatly appreciated thanks.
