Easy Ignition Power On Access in the Engine Bay

I have done the new wire under fuse box on a different vehicle and the connector was just a normal female spade with a tab to hold it in place like you get with a relay base. As to lifting the fuse box and fitting it, what a pita. Barely enough room to get under and while that was on a P and not a Prado I wouldn't even bother. You can get an ignition feed from a few places (wiper motor is easy) and use this to trigger a relay to provide power from a dedicated fused source off the battery just as Andrew suggests.

I used a yellow blade crimp connector to tap into the IGN relay in the fuse box. Photo of the fuse box is in this thread

Here it is

The red bit is the top of a spade connector.

I'm a complete novice, but keen to do the same. What size spade connectors do I need for that slot in the fuse box?
