7" 55W HID euro and spot beam driving lights

How do the 4" 55W versions compare in light output to the 7" version? Whats the importance of the reflector size?

Not sure. I'll need to get the 4" spottie back from my colleague to compare.

I'm after something small so I don't restrict airflow through the grill too much. My main use for lights is when driving on country highways at night.

I don't think you will have any issues with air flow. I think the 4" would look out of place on the bullbar.

Did these lights come with any warranty?
One of mine has stopped working and the globe is fine, so I'm guessing it's igniter or ballast.

I have got IPF Extremes 2 spread and 2 spot (1 spot not working atm) with hid upgrades. The first two photos are spotties off then on and the third is the main reason for needing good lighting. On the main road back to community there is one reflective sign where from first seeing the reflection to passing it was 1km. I have got the spreads angled outwards slightly as well

I thought it was illegal to have spotlights ontop of the bar like that?

I'm pretty sure it is, just like all the guys that have 3 driving lights. Having said that, I only wanted that set up while living out here as driving lights and the moon is my only illumination. But the other week the corrugations killed the brackets holding the top spots so I will go with the 3 spots like others. Not to mention it looked completely over the top when driving in the 'burbs while on holidays

Has anyone fitted the 9" lights on eBay to a sovereign bar? Do they fit under the top rail and clear the bonnet? I searched for 9" but only found this thread.
