Headlights not turning off

Hi,
After I changed the battery yesterday, the headlights now don't automatically turn off when the car is turned off. We worked out the stereo and the power windows not working issue, but am puzzled by the headlights. Has anyone else had this problem?

Isnt it when you open your door after shutting down they turn off? Or is that my commodore!!

Power off, remove key, open door = lights off.

I had a fiddle with the isolator switch and fuse and it is now working - the spotlights were also playing up, but is all is working now.

Ive not long replaced my door pin switch as the lights would intermittently not turn off ! Problem solved now though.
