What is this plug

I am trying to wire in Water Watch wiring which needs an ignition source. The only one I can find around the internal fuse box is in the connector in the picture - the one marked E.

Does anyone know what this connector is for as it is not plugged into anything.

PS I can get power from the green wire in this connector when the ignition is turned on - which is what I want.

Not sure what its for, Gavin, but an auto electrician used the green and white banded lead for a parking light feed on mine
