Discharge Lamp - Help :(

Hi guys

Need some help please

While cruising at around 120km i got the discharge lamp on the dash. When i reached my destination there was a small of something headed up. I thought its either the batteries or alternator but the car was starting up normally. On my was back i stopped at the kiosk for a minute with the engine running and suddenly i got 2-3 lamps on with the ac button blinking. I turned it off and drive home but on the way back the car felt like it had no power like the turbo was dead or something

I ll take the car to the mechanic tomorrow morning. Can anyone understand what happened? Hopefully something inexpensive as i m under huge pressure this period

My car comes standard with 2 batteries btw
