hi guys,
searched high n low cant find a thread on this...
need to know toyota genuine part numbers so i can replace my cracked and broken front vents in my 06 prado. will be getting them from amayma trading but not sure which ones to order... thx in advance, nathan

Look here http://www.japan-parts.eu/ You'll have to search for your vehicle using the drop down lists. The best fit for Australian spec vehicles seems to be in the General market - or it is for my 95 series anyway. I use this site all the time to find parts numbers.

yeh its not the part numbers thats the problem, i see the part numbers but the description doesnt describe them accurately enough for me to know im getting the right thing so i need to know the numbers in advance if you catch my drift...

The descriptions sometimes do seem a bit odd. It looks like the vent assembly is called a "register assembly" in the Japan Parts website while its a "pipe, plastic" in Amayama, but as long as you select the right item from the drawings you should get the correct part number.

In Amayama you can include a message if you go through order part section, perhaps you can check there before you actually place the order if you are still unsure, but I haven't had any problems just using the part number associated with the drawing, and I've ordered quite a few things over the past few months.
