1kzte Higher output alternator

Hi just wondering has anyone had any experience fitting a higher output alternator to a 1kzte or getting the factory 80 amp alternator rewound to increase amp output. I own a 2003 grande td which has a factory fitted 80 amp alternator ive been having issues with the charging voltage I thought I might be over the 80 amp max output so I done a test simulating as if I was driving using a amp clamp on alternator output wire turned lights on high beam (has 225 watt driving lights x2) including 55 watt arb lights in bulbar,wipers on low, fridge in console on and a/c fan on 1 and it was drawing over 80 amps with these acc on so I need a higher amp alt tried fitting a aftermarket jaylec 120 amp alt but it didn't fit battery wire pole clashes on coolent pipe so has anyone else been down the same road thanks in advance

Im not sure if it will fit the prado but my 1kzte surf that I had, I managed to use a 110Amp landcruiser alt. The surf didnt have a serpentine belt.

Only mod I had to to was extend the adjuster bracket. The electrical plug was a match.
