120 Series Rear Door Lock Faulty

I locked my Keys in the 120 What I did was open the lock with the remote and put the keys down on the back area , then slammed the rear door shut but the Remote system had reset all the locks.
Luckily I carry a spare Key head in my wallet and got out of trouble.
I now find every time I use the remote If I don't open and close at least 1cabin door the locks reset and lock everything.
My concern is that there must be a fault in the system and wonder if any other problems may arise like locks opening when I have left the Prado parked.
Any one else had a similar problem.??

The rear door switch is faulty. Change it out for a new one.

I think it doesn't see the door has been opened if the rear interior light is switched off.

Thanks for that info You made me have another look and the Rear light doesn't come on and you have to switch to the on position.

P.S The fix for the transmission lever still works brilliantly and will still spread the word if you are still supplying the Spring and Bullet.

Thanks for that info You made me have another look and the Rear light doesn't come on and you have to switch to the on position.

Dead Right" Pradonut" If the switch does not work correctly it does not recognise the door is open all that was needed was a bit of a cleanup so that the switch would earth when the Rear door opens
