Came completed with a 25 amp relay so I am pretty happy with the $195 cost which included delivery. I just cannot get over how fast it was delivered.
Was that from Andrew at '12voltproducts'?
No it was from online_auto_accessories this is the link to his ebay shop http://myworld.ebay.com.au/online_auto_accessories/

        Champion effort Leachy :!:

I've got mine mounted beside the steering wheel for now. I haven't hit it with my leg yet. If it annoys me I'll move it to the ashtray like yours.

I forgot to actual specify where I wanted it fitted so it is now located close to my left knee down alongside the centre console. Actually it is in quite a good location for me to get to.

                Re: Prodigy Controller advice

Sorry if I'm hijacking here but has anyone considered the Redarc brake controllers? They have a unit which looks pretty good where the actual box sits up under your dash, like what you might do with the UHF and then the controller sits in one of the standard size switch plates ideally located to the right of the steering wheel.

Here are some details: Red Arc Electric Brake Controller

                  Re: Prodigy Controller advice

I have just purchased a Prodigy controller too. My thoughts where to mount it in the ashtray cavity as well howeverf I have been warned against this.

The mounting instructions stipulate that they must be mounted between 0-70 degrees, however when driving up hill the controller below 0 degrees which effects the pendulum operation.

Does this sound correct? Has anyone heard of this before?

                    D4Dazz,

What modle of Tekonsha is it? It is my understanding that the P3 just needs to be mounted in the direction of travel at up to 70 degrees and will automatically calculate an artifical level and compensate for hills.

                      Hey Leachy,

Mine is the Tekonsha Prodigy (model below the P3). At first I thought it was all hog wash then I applied logic to how a pendulum works....then I confussed mysome by thinking I was actually clever :?

Might have to speak to the Auto Elect me think!

My original issue now sorted. One light is normal unless boost mode is selected - even when trailor is disconnected.
