Removing console power sockets

I wish to wire one of the center console plugs to be permanently live - either the cigarette lighter or other one. Any idea on how to remove them or access them from behind? Hoping to be able to "pop" one out to access the rear wires

the power socket in the front (below cig lighter) is very easy to access the rear and change wiring.
the small panel it mounts on is seperate the the rest of the centre console,
but it easier to just pop the centre console top trim and then pop out this panel.
i have done the same thing, and also get my battery monitor to monitor both battery circuit from here
