Last post, unless questions or malfunction. After drive down south the voltage booster was an absolute fantastic investment, well over 24 hrs and no fridge issues.
To be exact, 28 hrs and factory N70Z had 11.74v and aux batter was sitting on 12.57, so I estimate another 24 or so hours and the beer would start going hot, and that's in 33 degree heat. Any questions or advice please dont hesitate to contac me, thanks for ALL the input cheers.

good to see it all worked out for you. I found the limits of my setup over the christmas break it was 40 hours straight in the garage and the ambient temp was showing 36 on the dash. I have got a lot longer out of it in the past and I think the problem was the week running up to it the car got used very little and even had a day of no use in there to. I had the 32l engel set to -4.5 the whole time and was using it for my beer fridge so was getting hot beer put in at a carton at a time and continually get opened and shut. So really I don't think it went to bad. My second battery is a 66ah agm so I will see how it goes and if it happens to much I might steep up to a 120ah as it was my main concern on install but the installer told me it would be fine and if it wasn't good enough he would replace the battery. It has been in the car for a long time now and this is its first fail so I am not that worried.

Just fitted the new voltage booster, went from 13.6v to 14.2v when cold, hopefully both battery's get a good charge now. Going away for a couple of weeks through the south west should be a good test. Stay tuned.

Is this 'voltage booster' you talk about one of Leigh's diodes?

Go bdaearth, designated beer fridge, with what you described I would say 40hrs is not too bad, dont know if you have covered it but make sure that your batterys are getting a good charge, factory charging was not sufficient for MY needs.
