  • Extra USB accessory sockets

Has anyone installed extra USB accessory sockets in the 2nd row area?

With 3 kids the need to keep gadgets n crap charged giving them their own double USB outlet should solve some issues.

To date I've run a cable along the cargo barrier and tapped in 3 flush mount Narva dual usb sockets. It's as ugly as sin.

I was thinking 1 in each door and the middle one to the back of the centre console.

The problem with the centre console is it's the factory fridge and has the rear air controls on it. Has anyone mounted anything to this area and how did you do it so it looks tidy?

Also with the doors, has anyone mounted anything in them and how did you get power there with no issues?

    Cheers

Easy to do in the back of the console, it unclips and there heaps of room behind it. I took power from front along door sill and under front of drivers seat. Take the drivers seat (Or passenger) out to make it super easy to run. 4 bolts and 2 plugs and its out..

Check out the last page of my build thread mate. I just finished doing that mod. You might find it helpful.

120 fridge console looks a lot different. I'll get a pic during the week, couldn't find one online.

        Yours looks good though

I'll have to pop the plastics off to see what room is in there but I don't think there's much

Thats the best way. There was not much room behind mine either however there was some cutting and modifying to make it work.

As stated earlier, there is heaps of room even with the fridge console.
