wiring diagram for rear Tail lights wiring harness - colour coding

Recently purchased those aftermarket LED bumper swap in Tail-lights to replace the reflectors.
These lights have park/stop/turn indicator function built into them and have to be wired into the harness leading to the rear Tail lights above.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the Prado 120 (mine is 2007 GXL) as to the colour coding of the wires that connect to the stock tail-lights or can post up what those colour coded wires are
We are talking - illumination - stop light - indicator - earth which will be black

OK this is what I was able to glean from the 120 wiring diagrams I have (hopefully close to your vehicle config).

You should have these connectors somewhere behind the reflectors - R14 on LHS and R16 on RHS

Pinouts

R14
Pin 2 (green wire) - Tail/Park Light
Pin 3 (white/black stripe) - Earth
Pin 4 (light blue/black stripe) - LH Indicator

R16
Pin 2 (green wire) - Tail/Park Light
Pin 3 (white/black stripe) - Earth
Pin 4 (light blue/yellow stripe) - RH Indicator

The main rear combination light connectors are R13 on LH and R15 on RH

R13
Pin 2 (green wire) - Tail/Park Light
Pin 3 (red/black stripe) - Reverse Light
Pin 4 (light blue/black stripe) - LH Indicator
Pin 5 (white/black stripe) - Earth
Pin 6 (green/yellow stripe) - Brake Light

R15
Pin 2 (green wire) - Tail/Park Light
Pin 3 (red/black stripe) - Reverse Light
Pin 4 (light blue/yellow stripe) - RH Indicator
Pin 5 (white/black stripe) - Earth
Pin 6 (green/yellow stripe) - Brake Light
