Ok, problem solved. I'll do step-by-step instructions, here we go:
1. Discover problem. If you searched for this solution, it's probably about windows not moving. My problem was that any other window except driver's didn't work. Not from door itself or driver's door. It's not about fuses or any other reasonable issue.
2. Bang your head on the wall for few moments. Or days. Maybe drop a tear or two.
3. One sunny morning, accidentally press that "lock windows" button on drivers door to unlock door switches.
4. Engine running, roll window half way down, then up and hold for few seconds. Try if auto up/down works. If not, roll down and up again. Then same thing for next window. After every door done, driver's switches will work again!
5. Smile and try to convince yourself you're not so stupid after all. Yea right.
