can you or someone who's had these explain the symptoms of dodgy engine mounts? Is it vibrating when the car is in Drive and stops when you put it in Neutral?

You will feel it when the drivetrain is under load So the answer is yes it would vibrate more in gear (auto) as the drive line in under load.

Mine is 2007 d4d and 9 months ago had a problems with the injectors. The service was perfect and replace all by the warranty.
