120 D4D injector seal replacement

What did you clean the injectors with?? looks like a wire wheel

Here's the pickup screen.

This is a 09 120 series with 140,000km on the clock. After replacing the seals they are now deciding whether to give him a new engine or not. Car is out of warranty.
