You may likely not have too Voyager. As these injectors age, the idle fuels drop away significantly. eg, when new, they idle with around 5mm3/strk, when well worn its upwards of 9 or over. If these two remaining are similar drop, when two new ones installed, you'll end up with an Injected Volume somewhere nearer 7 with the older ones running +2.0 and the new ones reading -2.0 (not withstanding the 'normal' deviation)
In other words, the readings will still not be very good.

voyager my biggest concern with not replacing those injectors would be the old seats still sitting there. Like Dave I was told they would only replace the injectors that were out of specification. I did a little dance and chucked a hissy fit and ultimately all four were changed out with no cost to me. There was a bit in this and some telephone calls and noise but that is what finally happened. I would be doing all four if you plan to keep the vehicle.

PS: what month 08 is yours, what build date? The current injector started being fitted in Dec 07 build so it is possible you have the earlier injector as I did (Nov 07 build, Jan 08 compliance), this was part of my argument to fit four new injectors.

Thanks mjrandom. I fully intend to replace all 4 injectors - I just didn't want to play for them! I thought maybe winniliss had a good story for the extended warranty company. Apparently there was never a "bulletin" provided by Toyota Head Office saying if one or two fail then all should be replaced even though I believe that has been the practice during injector warranty issues. Naturally, the extended warranty company latched onto this and said they would only pay for the two out of spec. Still - I guess it is better than nothing!!
My build in Dec 07, Jan 08 compliance so I am right on the edge of the current injectors.

I am going through the process of having my injectors replaced on my 2008 D4D also under an extended warranty but the warranty company will only replace the two out of spec injectors. Toyota have recommended that all four be replaced so I am paying out of my pocket to have the remaining two to be replaced at the same time. Can you please let me know if all your injectors were out of spec? If not, how were you able to convince the warrantly company to replace all 4?
Just looking at how I can save myself $1000!

I have the last of the 120 model Oct 2009, i had 2 injectors replaced at around the 60k mark, i have had it cold start tested twice now, due to an intermittant rough idle, both times they've told me they are good, well within spec's, i asked why i get the rough idle, they said could be engine mount, then they said no, i have the new mounts??? I Will Keep Asking For cold start tests every service, still only have 79k on clock, ext warranty runs out Oct 2015

How many Kms you blokes done? Ive done 225kms on the originals all within spec (just one was at 2.9 rest were pretty good) it's a dec 07 build jan 08 compliance.

Just for those guys out there that are paying Toyota for genuine Solenoid type injectors Part number "1- 2367039316, Injector assy Unit price $524.14 Qty 4 Total $2096.56" I think that they should be aware that you should not be seeing items 5 & 6 on your bill as those items come included in the price of the injector in the same box as the injector and that is why the part number "316" is on the box to signify that it comes with the new type seating washer?

Have just purchased 4 new Denso injectors via Aliexpress, direct from China.

Am having them shipped to my relative's address in the USA, will pick them up next time I'm there and bring them back here to Prague. I could have shipped them to Czech Republic directly (import tax on auto-related items is apparently 6%), but although the tax is manageable, I've had nightmare experiences with customs themselves; I'm still waiting for four t-shirts to arrive that were shipped from the US two months ago (customs received it within one week, sent me four pages of photocopied paperwork three weeks ago - no idea what the end result is going to be).

Anyway, four 095000-0751 injectors, including shipping to US, US$1,129.61 (about AUS$1200). Here in Czech Republic, US$1,796. If this works out, that's a savings of US$667. The only other decent price I found in Europe was from a place in the UK (US$1,471), but they were offering the old model.

I'm interested to see if this works. Alibaba has just filed papers in the US to go public - a bigger offering than Facebook; if this ends up being the Amazon/ebay of China, and their worldwide shipping is reliable, I would want a piece of that....

Hope it works out for you and they are genuine. I'm still tossing up baileys or Toyota NZ.
BTW Alibaba is the Amazon/EBay of China. It holds more inventory than those two combined. It's one of the most visited sites in Asia. But worries are it might do a Facebook and plummet after the IPO.

Injectors arrived within 7 days, no import tax charged. My brother-in-law says they're the real deal, but I will have to wait now until I go to the US in July, bring them back to Czech Republic, and fit them.
