Mine is 03 (so older) but ticking towards 150Km's on originals . Prado 04, you can always do it now if your nervous then set the dashboard reminder light for 262000. One does not religiously have to do it at the 150k mark and you can re program the next one. I'll be doing the idler pulley and def the tensioner as well. Not sure about water pump, I think I will though then keep the old one for spares!!??[SIZE=1]03 TD 120 Grande, L&R weathershields, f&r deflectors, Sov bar Amts rad b.pl, TJM front B.P, Uniden UH7760NB Kaymar LED worklight, ARB 47l, lifestyle rack & Milford C. Considering the low Klm's you might be waiting a while.Originally posted by prado2004 View Postmy car is a 2004 also, however has only done 112000kms. Do I wait until 150k or do it earlier as the car is now 10 years old? and should i do water pump and tensioner as well?
Pretty cheap job, get it done! I'd like to see it gone every 6 years.

Yeah I think for peace of mind I will get it done at some stage soon, Shouldn't have any dramas doing it myself I would prefer it this way then paying someone.Originally posted by Anth120playdo View PostConsidering the low Klm's you might be waiting a while.

I think I paid ~$1100 for mine to get done but they also did a service at the same time.Originally posted by sellit99 View PostOk. Back in town. Got a quote from my local Midas guy. $1300. This is belt, tensioner, water pump and labour. From what I am seeing this is away too much to pay.
