Throttle Controllers are a bonus for the 1kz motor. You'll find that the motor is more responsive off idle and in gear. She does rev a little more, probably an extra 500rpm, but you learn to be a little lighter on the pedal to even it out.

These days I can keep up with the traffic from a red light which is a massive difference. I haven't noticed much of a change in fuel usage since it has been installed. Word of warning - turn it right down or off when the wife drives the car to save money on fuel and fines. Lol

Thats it fitted and tested, it works pulls away v well much more responsive, the top level eco mode is not much cop cant get over 60 or so km's but the other levels are okay have to wait and see if they save me fuel as the sporty levels are much more fun and quite addictive. Will bite the bullet today and drive to work on eco to see what happens with the fuel consumption. Cant believe this is in some cases $100's cheaper for same unit????????

Just installed a Windbooster to my 150 Prado, has to be the best $270 I have ever spent on the vehicle , the vehicle is now responsive, no flat spots and it appears at the moment to be more economical. Great gadget and easy to fit.
