Slight weep

Hey guys first service on the big girl since it ran out of warranty at the end of last yr, I've noticed what looks like a slight weep where the pipe from the bottom of the turbo goes back into the engine, Toyota did change the engine mounts a few months before just wondering if they haven't tightened something up? Any suggestions?

Slight weep

I took the side dust flap off the inside drivers wheel arch to gain access to the two bolts, the right hand one was able to do up a good quarter turn! I'm guessing this is the culprit! Will do a degrease and keep an eye on it.
