Doing a service today, I noticed that the radiator is weeping on the left side. It's not major, but I have to replace it before our trip. I have found these which appear to be reasonably priced, anyone had any experience with them or recommend someone else?

Just make sure that the aftermarket radiator is the same as your 2003 model. Mine is also a 2003 TD and all the aftermarket radiators were different to mine. I think they were for the 90 series 2002. Unfortunately (cost) I went for the genuine Toyota version. However the aftermarket version may be made to fit or has been updated since I bought mine last year.

Got a quote today from here $680 all up with Toyota fluid and thermostat. Nationwide warranty and service. Booked in tomorrow.

I noticed a wet patch under the front of my car on Sunday. I had a look and there was a bit of fluid leaking from the bottom join between the tank and core on the drivers side of the radiator. I took it to the local Toyota dealer today. A new radiator has been ordered and will be fitted tomorrow. No problems covered by warranty. The car is just 2 years old with almost 54000km. I'm a bit surprised.
