Engine cold start noise

Can anybody suggest a dealer in Melbourne southern suberbs to get some action on injector replacement. I have been through all the hoops with computor reflashes and fob offs. I purchased my Prado October 2007 and the noise started right on 42,000k and after 3 visits to the country dealer I purchased it fron the problem has not improved.

Where possible please add to existing threads where there is one on the same topic. This saves much frustration when searching for information and multiple threads on the same topic.
