I've now seen a couple of Miners' Prado D4Ds with high kms. One person I know of drives from the Rockhampton to the Moura mine and return each day (360km round trip) in one and currently has over 200,000km on it and the engine has run flawlessly so I would believe some people do the kms rags has spoken about. Not every wants to live in a remote mining town.

i know of a late 06 d4d that only has 12000 on the clock and is due to be traded in soon for a new 150

Found this high mileage example on pickles 313844km on a 10/08 model.I dont no what it ' s history is but in 18mths = approx 17435km per month or about approx 550kms a day for every day.

That one and a couple of other high km ex auction Prados are on eBay now.
There is more than one with over 300,000kms and one 2009 built with huge kms as well.

My Nov 2007 D4D has 125,000km on it.

152,100 on mine, November 2006 compliance plate (first run of D-4D's in Australia) purchased Feb 2007. On average 50,000km a year mostly highway driving.

Its the exact reason why I bought this car 1) knowing that I'd be doing the km's, 2) great fuel economy and 3) diesels engine (on paper) last longer.
