Hello again!
Im in the situation where my 1kzte has clocked up the big 200 on the clock.... (and still going strong mind you)
In the process of giving it a 'birthday' I have found my radiator fully clogged up with mud, grass seeds and all the nasties consistent with future cooling problems.
This not a problem for me, to pull the radiator out and give it a clean then flush the system out is really a piece of cake.
But being the anal car owner that I am, I am considering replacing all the cooling hoses, even though they seem ok, at a cost of about $300.
My two minds tell me, do it now and I should be able to keep her cool for another 200, and my other mind is telling me, dont wasted the money fool!!!
I know it would be good to install new ones and have the old hoses as spares for big trips... But my question is...
Has anyone actually had genuine Toyota hoses actually blow on them???? If so... which ones???
Cheers once again.
