squeak on manual engines when idling or moving

i had a squeaking noise when the car was idling , also with the window open while driving i could hear it too .

i thought it was a belt slipping .

when i pushed the clutch in it stopped for 4-5 seconds , then started again .

anyhow , i have only had the car for 3-4 weeks so i took it in on warranty , apparently it needed the "clutch fork greased" , im not really up on pertol manual engines but that was the problem anyway , it took them 1 hour to sort it while i read 4wd mags in the waiting room , all is sweet now .

i thought id share it with yous as he said its a normal problem with manual toyotas .

very common on theseand the hilux's

a bit of spray grease on the throw out beaing slide and it normally fixes it.
