My Engine's just seized

As i said i have FSH and never been off roading, does anyone think i can build a case against Toyota for this??

The car is 8 years old. Out of warranty. Cars break, even relatively low k tojo's.

I doubt you have an case at all. Just unlucky.

Best of luck. I would be looking at a second hand engine from the wreckers.

for the money toyota will charge to even inspect it I would cut my losses and get another motor put in. Especially when they will deny all liability once they find out what the problem is anyway...

Why look for a new engine? Was only a serpentine belt that had come a drift and wrapped around the crank pulley. It was repaired and tested.
