  • Dyno tuning a petrol?

Was wondering since I've upgraded plugs and air filter in my prado 120 should I get it tuned?
I thought dyno tuning was more for diesels.
Is there any benefit to me getting it tuned after replacing plugs and air filter?
    Thanks
    Adam

Nothing to tune, unless you have an aftermarket ecu.
Dyno pull will let you know how many horses are still alive, but that's all.

The standard Petrol ECU can be programmed. There's a number of tuners around that have done them. The 1GRFe are pretty well spot on, but you can squeeze a tad more out of them. Not worth it after plugs, it will look after itself.

Ok good to know thanks guys.
I'm getting 13-14l per 100klm at the moment so happy with that.
