Just wondering, has anyone messed around with the Cat converters on the 4L V6?

Ive got a set of pacemaker headers that will be going on and while im at it I want to add a set (2) magnaflow hi-flow metalic
cat converters.

How ever, the car comes fitted with 4? Will I get away with replacing just the 2 front ones? the ones with the o2 sensors in them?

What exhaust systems have you guys fitted? Im planning on going 2.5".

Ive got the TRD super charger fitted to myn.

I recently downsized from a 3" to a 2.5" exhaust with hi flow cats. I would change all four cats as it would be pointless if you left the rear 2 standard.
I got mine fitted by APC in Perth.
Are you using a piggyback chip on your ecu or did you fit the TRD ecu too?

hey wade y did ya downsize, 2 noisy/drowny or was it to big to start and did ya loose some performance? cheers samo
