The engine light came on some time ago. I purchased an EDS scanner and established fault PO137 which, I believe is an O2 sensor problem. I removed, cleaned and tested the O2 sensors post catalytic on bank 1 and 2 of the V6. They appeared to be OK with voltage and ohm readings falling into OEM spec. On start up the engine light went off and I was happy that it must have been a bad connection to one of the sensors. However after about 300km or about 4 start ups the light is back on. Anybody experienced the same problem and if so what next?

V6 common issue Pre and Post car o2 sensors go kaput.. Easiest way is to replace them all, it will also improve your fuel economy. About 400 for all 4 from Partsouq or Amayama.
