Where to buy spare hoses etc

Hi there

I am looking at getting some spares for my 2008 diesel. For example some hoses belts etc. Rang Repco and they told me the car was too new and they didnt' sell hoses to fit. I would have to buy them from Toyota.

Is that correct or are there other options?

They are full of it. Places you CAN get hoses include Toyota, Repco, Super Crap, Autobarn, etc... I believe the hoses for a 2008 diesel has been the same all the way through the 120 series for the Diesels. I not sure if there is a difference betweeen the Petrol and Diesel either

I bought a spare fan belt for the D4D the other day, $56 for a genuine one from Toyota. I tried to buy an aftermarket belt last year and couldn't find one, so went the genuine article before my next trip.
