bluetooth phonebook

Hi Guys, I have searched for this, and found some posts, but no real answer.
I just bought a '07 Grande, and I can use my Iphone4 with the bluetooth car kit.

I have two questions however.
1. How do I synch my phonebook. Have spent hours trying, no luck
2. Where is the mic, as my wife on other end, battles to hear me.

Hi rudiedj,

1. I think it is a limitation of the iPhone. I have an iPhone also and have not been able to find a way of synching my phone book.

2. Not sure about the mic as I dont have a factory stereo anymore.

You simply cannot send your contacts from the iPhone 3 or 4. The car unit wants it sent to it and the iPhone doesn't do that. I expect someone could write an application that would solve the problem.

Not sure about the mic as i bought my car with a mic added which sits on top of the steering wheel column.

I have an 07 gxl and the mic is built into the radio just next to the red phone button. Regarding the phone numbers think you can only do 1 at a time
