Repair manual for D4D 1KD-FTV at last!

I have just ordered a repair manual for my Prado120 2008 from Pitstop Bookshop in OZ

I spoke to the lady who inspected both books (Haynes and Gregorys) re quality of photos and she reckons the Gregorys were superior pix, so I ordered and paid over the phone.

$63.95 + $8.95 post/pkg either one

Gregorys published 2002 - code number 10643
Haynes published 2011 - code number 24555

both softback covers.

You might query the publishing date of the Gregorys manual for the D4D this might be explained by another name for the model as a Colarado? Neeedless to say up to 2009 is on the cover and I was assured that the 1KD-FTV was covered.

Do they sell them at Borders?

They Gregorys one has been around for a while.

I picked up the Gregoreys manual today and it does cover the D4D engine. The pix are very clear but all pix I have viewed, so far, are of the earlier 95 model dashboard etc but state "similar for 120" unless there are differences.
The manual came via Express Air from Perth and was 24hrs to reach me at Exmouth Post Office - not bad eh!
On looking inside the cover the Gregorey's is published by Haynes under licence anyway. Maybe the 2011 Haynes manual has updated 120 pix included now?
Pitstop deals with automotive literature only so why go anywhere else? I am not sure about Borders, sorry.
