  • Replace interior front light on 120 Prado

Can some body advise me on how to remove the covers so I can replace a blown like in the light, under the lense.
The manual says nothing, and I am loft to put to much pressure on the plastic body of the sunglasses/light holder.

You need a flat strip of metal (like a small spatula) to push the retaining clips under the (front) edge then the whole assembly comes out. Then its a bit of a pain getting to the actual globe. For such a simple thing its a fair amount of mucking about. Also you'll need to get the globe from Toyota as its a wattage no-one else seems to do. Only cost a few bucks though or if you change both globes then its not an issue.

Heres a previous thread on this topic. Hope it helps. http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...nterior-Globes

    Cheers.

When I rep[laced mine with LED's, I just pushed the inside edge of the lens inwards, then the whole lens just swings down and open.
