rear panel model numbering / lettering

All of the 120's I have seen (here in Victoria) have either the 3000 or 4000 etc numbering and other model info., stamped on the upper panel behind the rear window on each side; ... that is except mine ?

Is it anything to do with the car being (previously) purchased new in NSW ? - (at Hillston in the far west);

Welcome to the 2003 club, mine is the same, from the 2nd boatload according to the dealer when I ordered it. Just consider it a a stealth option.

I think you will find we may also have 2 extra speakers, and of course, a cassette player instead of MP3.

The early 120 Prados that I saw in 2003 had no engine size identification stickers.

mine didn't have them, i assumed the previous owner had taken them off.

picked them up from toyota for around $40 i think so now it does.

and I thought mine was the only one with the stealth option. I have never seen another one with no stickers, will keep a look out now
