FJ120 Vs GRJ120

Hi All,
Is this the same vehicle but badged differently in Oz and US, I have seen after market Headlight parts for a FJ120 Prado, will this item fit a GRJ120? They do look different, are the fog lights for a FJ120 fit the GRJ120?

I have searched the Forums with alot of info but nothing on this difference matter...

Any help would be appreciated....

Maybe the FJ120 is based more on the Lexus GX 470 it also has headlights which are similar to the 120 series but would most likely not fit you can always try toyodiy.com and compare part numbers to be sure.
