Hey there Chrispy185. I know exactly what you mean about trying to get some information out of an inanimate chunk of stone. I am also very well versed with GRRRRRRRRRRRRR phenomenon. I also absolutely cannot get any firm delivery dates, out of my dealer. They will not ring me. They will not email me. Nothing. Not a whisper. This is all after my Prado was *confirmed* as a September build. But a *computer glitch* soon shot all that to pieces. Now I'm in limbo. The dealer will call me once they know something. HAH! What a laugh! How many times have they called me since my JUNE order went through?? A lousy once.
I tell you.... If I get the brush off next month... Murder will be done!!

Heh, yeah I suppose it's good to know I'm not the only one with the problems I'm having. Though not so good that other good people are going through this too.
Now I've been looking at the 2nd hand situation here in Perth and I think if you were on the ball you could do well. There are a few D4D's popping up from week to week with say 20 thou on em. Guess the repayments must have killed those people. So yeah just buy some good fruit with the saved money.
I'm going to wait for the next boats to arrive early next month. If there's no good news then, then I'll reassess and think seriously about killing the deal. It'll be a shame to have waited so long but I don't seem to be getting anywhere with it anyhow. You'd think though that if it was on the next boat, the dealer should know about it. It should arrive in November is the best I've got from them when I spoke to them a number of weeks ago.

I have absolutly no idea of where you could be talking about but i can confirm we are definately buying from different dealers.
Anyhow i am sure father xmas would not be that mean as to not give us our well overdue presents before the 25th december! would he?

Sorry about the rock chippy. I broke an axle on the trailor and had to dump the rock to get it fixed,so i will remove the rock in the morning

Sheesh.... Always getting into trouble with the mods :roll:. I can see this costing me a roofrack full of beverage at a Pradopoint meet. I shall try to behave in future. I have to buy and fit the roofrack first....
Whats all that about a Rock?? A kinda big one?? Never camped by that one myself. There was a billabong a little bit further towards the dune sea. A strange man there offered me a trade for my camel. A strange metal beast from across the ocean needed to arrive first though bearing many, many new camels. After offering many coconuts, my new camel became lost in the dune sea. Did the strange man also tell you .... that your camel had been delayed ... then when it eventually arrived it would cost you an extra 12 shekkels and would be a different colour to the one you ordered :shock: :lol:
Beware the Dune Sea .... and the people who dwell near it :shock:
There was another unpleasant smelling camel merchant, down south a ways, who offered me pittance for my old camel. He also offered to sell me someone elses old camel for many shekkels more than it was worth.
I now go a long ways to avoid that camel merchant.

Yer watch them there camels they spit at you as well.
No need to worry about the rock i removed it 2 moons ago with a few trusty camels and a couple of shepards.
I have been told told of those who camp under the northern stars shall have lovely bunches of coconuts and live by famous billabongs who supply endless amounts of clothing and footware. :shock:
But remember you can lead a camel to the dock but you cant make it unload. :lol: i think thats how it goes?

Yes ... I have had to purchase a trusty spit coat.
I have also been told of those who camp under the northern stars ... that shall have lovely bunches of coconuts and live by famous billabongs who supply endless amounts of clothing and footware at many shekkels more than the amounts paid to the chinese child labour camps that manufactured the goods .... that they shall receive the blessing of seagulls from up high.
I have also witnessed the phenomenon of leading a camel to dock but not being able to force it to unload. However, when a camel does unload they call the deposit a Grandtrek and fit five of these deposits to each new camel to improve it's grip.
Iron-Paww, I too am prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice and help you to drink your beverage. :lol:

Beware of packs of these camels as they have been seen unloading large deposits throughout the local area causing mass confusion amoungst shepards as to which way they should be taking there herds
