    It could be an interesting trip back as the Stuart HWY has been breached by flood waters just north of Coober Pedy and again just south of the Palmer River. Not sure at this stage when the road is going to re-open as we are still having storms and heavy rain south of Alice and in Alice.

    Typical, we go a whole year since March without rain and the weekend I go to pick up the car they are issuing more rain and damaging hail alerts. :cry: :cry: :cry:

      One of the worst things about rain is afterwards comes the mud, and you have to wash it. :lol: :wink:

            Just to let all you blokes know......

            We took delivery today at lunchtime! What a gorgeous baby!

            A Dynamic Blue D4D baby.......we are trying to wipe the Prado smile off our faces, but ....... well........ why would you want to spoil the fun hey!

            Wife loves it - kids love it - We all love it!

            Took some A grade photos that I will post shortly!

                  After driving the X-trail I can say that I am definitely happy not to have bought one. :lol:

                  Thankfully it will be going back to Budget on Monday but it will do the wife and daughter for the weekend.

                            The D4D is the most incredible ride - I just keep pinching myself the make sure I'm not dreaming!

                            We had a few issues to take up with the dealer this morning, but it seems that all is resolved - particularly the dirty mark on the carpet.....grrr...... in the middle seat row.
