Child restraint anchor points

Does anyone know if you can get child restraint anchor points added to the back row? Most of what I have read has said you can't but figured it was worth asking anyway. Unfortunately we don't have anyone local that does it for me to go in and get them to have a look at it.

Oh it was you that made the last post in that other thread. Do you have nay other information about the 'pigtails' in the picture you linked to?

No I don't. I left it at that as my kids will fit in the Prado without needing anchorage points in the 3rd row.
