Air Conditioner drain blocked

Heard a funny sound in the fan today, but only on right turns. Looked on the passenger floor to see water dripping down. Turns out the aircon drain was blocked with something and the fan was almost under water, but after blowing up the drain tube got heaps of water out. Have a cabin filter installed but somehow this tube blocked.
May pay to give this a cleanout every service or so.

Yea mate doesnt take much for that small tube to block up, just a small leaf is enough to block the drain tube if it gets passed the filter. Ive had the same in the wifes toyota everytime I went around a right hand bend could hear the sloshing sound of water, had a fair idea what it was so got out a cable tie and used that to unblock it, Dont ever use a hard bit of wire like a coathanger as if you push it to far in either you could pierce the rubber drain tube or worst case puncture a hole through the evaporator. The wife had no other choice where she parked and the tree that was causing the problem was coming from the place next door which was overhanging the fence by a couple of metres so fixed the problem well and truely and have had no further issues with leaves getting into the plenum chamber then down into the evap box...........Cheers Steve
