Could anyone give me a bit of a heads up on removing the seats on a 08 GX ? A big labour day weekend and my carpet is a bit grubby so i was going to rip the seats out and give the carpet a good going over . HOWEVER a mate said that could set off the air- bags . Does anyone know something about this ?

You should be fine to pull the seats out Fletcher. Disconnect the battery before you start and be very careful with the connectors under the front seats. You may have to unbolt and tilt the front seats back to get your hands to the connectors.
