Seems you have made a decision in regards to suspension so wont comment there.
In regards to Bullbar, i was tosing up between the 3 big ones for a while, ironman TJM and ARB. Toyota wanted 3k for there soverign bar. I didnt really want alloy anyways. When you hit a roo or cow or something at 100km/h you will be glad to have bought steel. I believe a good bar to be a very important piece of gear. It can protect you and also prevent fyou from being stranded in the middle of no where. I have an ARB deluxe bar with fog lights, couldnt be happier its been great, didnt bother getting it colour coded the it breaks up the colour a little, i think a black one would look great on yours.
I have been also told that in regards to roof baskets the ARB ones are the toughest, and then was from a dealer which sold many brands, would be excellent for extra storage and for, high lift jack shovel etc. I have a flat roof top tent compatiable one
