Arm Rest Question

Hi, we have a 120 series with a centre arm rest in the passenger seats (middle row). We have recently bought the car and noticed that the arm rest, when pulled out from the centre of the seats, is at a slight angle pointing downwards. This means that the cup holders are not quite horizontal. Wondered if any other 120 owners out there could do a quick check for me to see if theirs is the same and if something may be bent in mine! Thank you.

Just had a look at mine fruitbat and the centre arm rest does fold down to just over 90 degrees (probably 100) meaning if the back of the seat is vertical the arm rest is angled downwards. However tilting the seat back to a comfortable position brings the arm rest to the horizontal position or slightly tilting upwards..

Thanks Craigm...saved me a visit to the dealer! Also makes sense that there's a bit of tolerance in there for when the seat is pushed back so the armrest never leans backwards. Loving the car (having upgraded from a 90 series) - feels luxurious in comparison...
