Prado's, what's wrong with them ?

Looking at buying a Prado 120 series with the old tec diesel, or V6 backed with a manual. Now most 4b's have some week points or faults like the Patrol 3.0l, and the Toyota D4D injectors ect ect.

So what weaknesses does the Parado have ?

Being a mechanic with my own shop I see all sorts Kind_Cir.
In my 10 years, I have seen many Prados and not had many dramas, Grande's Ive ssen rear airsprings leak and in my own so far I have a broken ashtray in the lhr door (passenger side).
I can honestly say they are one of the if not the best cars on the road. Stay away from examples with no or hardly any service history & you cant go wrong.
